THE MISSING YEARS is the final piece to Aleatha Romig’s CONSEQUENCES SERIES puzzle. Follow the twists and turns as secrets are revealed, consequences are delivered, and the future is shown.

In CONVICTED we saw what happened that fateful afternoon at the Rawlings Estate. Now experience the shocking repercussions firsthand. More than a companion, this full-length novel fills in the gap of time that was only mentioned, beginning when Claire Nichols forgets and seen through the eyes of collective men (the HIS is plural).

In THE MISSING YEARS, readers will see Anthony Rawlings fight for what belongs to him and cope with the reality of his past. Watch as Harrison Baldwin discovers the truth that threatens his beliefs, and as John Vandersol comes to terms with his revelations. Witness Phillip Roach, as he decides with whom his loyalties lay, and Brent Simmons, as he demonstrates the meaning of friendship—no matter the cost.

As the pieces of the puzzle fall into place, BEHIND HIS EYES CONVICTED goes beyond. This final installment of the series offers a glimpse into the future of the lives that will forever be changed because there was a man who...

Once upon a time, signed a napkin that he knew was a contract. As an esteemed businessman, he forgot one very important rule—he forgot to read the fine print. It wasn’t an acquisition to own another person as he’d previously assumed. It was an agreement to acquire a soul.
—Aleatha Romig, CONVICTED

BEHIND HIS EYES CONVICTED also contains a complete glossary of characters and a timeline that covers the entire series. I was so excited to get my hands on this book.  And let me tell you it does not DISAPPOINT. It may be my favorite of the entire series.

First if you have not read Consequences, Truth, or Convicted then turn around right now and one click those suckers.

In Consequences, Truth, and Convicted Aleatha takes us on a journey, one that most of us hated to love.  One minute we hated Tony, then he did something redeemable and we kind of liked him again, then he did something else and we hated him even more.  By the end of Convicted Tony had redeemed himself and I was almost completely on Team Tony. There was just something there that didn’t get me all the way there. When I read this book, let me tell you. I am now full blown, 100% on Team Tony and need the t-shirt to prove it.

In Behind His Eyes – Convicted The Missing Years we get several different points of view. We obviously hear from Tony, but John, Brent, Harry, and Phil were also included.  I will be honest I wasn’t sure how that was going to play out. It almost seemed like too much, but it wasn’t. It was perfect. I loved getting each man’s point of view and the way they experienced dealt with every situation.
While I loved every part of the book, I think the epilogue sealed the deal. Seeing the all of characters several years into the future completely warmed my heart. I know I had a big cheesy grin on my face the entire epilogue, up until I read that last word.

I’m very sad to say goodbye to Tony and Claire. They have held a special place in my heart, even if I did hate Tony to my core at one point. I don’t think their story could have ended any better. Well done Aleatha, well done.  Just to put a little birdie in your ear I wouldn’t mind a Harry (swoon) or a Phil book. I’m sure Tony would like one and you don’t want to DISAPPOINT him.
