Release Day Review: The Tango Lesson by Melanie Harlow

**Previously published in 2013 as THREE TO TANGO in The Unwrapped Anthology, THE TANGO LESSON is a stand-alone novella with a Happily Ever After a Threesome Ending** My name is Isabelle, and I’m a smut fiend. But only when it comes to books. In fact, for twenty-three years, the only outwardly kinky thing about me was my hair on a rainy day. Compared to the toe-curling, earth-shattering, mind-blowing romps on my Kindle, my sex life was totally vanilla. Less than vanilla, actually—it was vanonexistent. And then I took a tango lesson. They say it takes two to tango, but let me tell you--
a tango for three is a hell of a lot of fun.

Melanie Harlow is an automatic one- click author for me. Her writing is always flawless and her books are always filled with fun and sexy characters. Tango Lesson had both. This novella is a short and steamy read about a sexy as all hell Argentinian Tango dancer, his dance partner and a kindergarten teacher.

Isabelle is a book nerd who would has had only 2 orgasms and prefers her steamy books on her Kindle. But then she meets Marco and Valentina and her sexy scenes from her books come to life.

This book may be a quick read but it is packed full of hot hot sex. It is perfect for a summer read, just make sure there is cool water around so you can cool off once you finish!

Enticing characters. Scandalous attractions. Passion that ignites. Melanie Harlow has delivered a novella that oozes sex. The Tango Lesson is the perfect read for anyone looking to get swept away in a fantasy.

The synopsis is vague, and so is this review. I can't reveal the details of the plot because that would literally spoil all the secrets this novella contains. Isabelle is a heroine readers are going to love and relate to. She knows what it's like to be romanced and come alive with passion. Not from personal experience but from what she's read in novels. Harlow gives Isabelle a chance to experience a slice of what these novels boast.

I loved The Tango Lesson for it's brevity. It was the perfect novella to tear through in an afternoon. Just because it's lacking in length doesn't mean it's lacking in depth and development of plot, characters, and sex. Readers will finish feeling satisfied.

Melanie Harlow has become a must read author for me. Her writing is always enjoyable and she never disappoints when she hits publish.

Melanie Harlow likes her martinis dry, her lipstick red, and her history with the naughty bits left in. When she's not reading good books, she gets her kicks from TV series like Game of Thrones, Boardwalk Empire, Masters of Sex, Deadwood, Mad Men, and Downtown Abbey (although she wishes it were more HBO and less PBS). Melanie is the author of the FRENCHED contemporary romance series (FRENCHED, YANKED, FORKED) and the sexy historical series SPEAK EASY (SPEAK EASY, SPEAK LOW), set in the 1920s. She lifts her glass to romance readers and writers from her home near Detroit, MI, where she lives with her husband and two daughters.
