Ohhh boy! I loved this book! The blurb had me right away but
the story is so much more than a night in a Dark Room with a stranger. Once I
started this book, I didn’t put it down. Ms Dover and Ms McLaughlin spun such
an addicting story.
When I see a collaboration, I often worry that I would be
able to tell who what and the flow will be off. This book was flawless like one
person wrote it and not two brilliant minds.
Society X, the exclusive sex club has a room inside a sex club
where you can’t see who you are having sex. All of their other senses are heightened
to give the participants an erotic, no names, no strings night of passion.
Parker, a hot, rich business man find himself in the room with a partner he
couldn’t stop thinking about. He becomes addicted to her and the experience the
dark room gives him.
Mia is a sweet sexy little sister of Parker’s best friend.
After a horrible relationship ends, she needed to cut loose and live again. The
Dark Room intrigues her. The experience blew her mind at the intensity and the
connection she felt for the man in there with her.
Even though this book had incredible sex scenes, the book
was so much more than that. The love story and Mia’s growth as a person really
shined through.
I highly recommend this book! I really hope that this author
duo stays together and gives us more of Society X!!
