Spotlight : Wicked Beautiful by J.T. Geissinger

A ruthless businesswoman and the playboy who dumped her long ago find themselves embroiled in a high stakes game of love, lies and revenge.

Life coach and best-selling author Victoria Price has it all: a successful career, fabulous friends, a fantastic penthouse in Manhattan. What she doesn't have--and doesn't want--is a husband. Fifteen years ago her high school flame broke her heart so badly she swore she'd never love again. Now she makes millions teaching other women how to be just like her: a ruthless bitch.

Drop-dead sexy restauranteur and infamous playboy Parker Maxwell has only three rules for the women he dates: no questions about his past, no expectations for the future, and no spending the night. When he meets Victoria, however, he's willing to break his own rules if it means sating the explosive desire she arouses in him. What he doesn't know is that the alluring Victoria Price used to be the mousy Isabel Diaz, the girl he deflowered and dumped long ago.

Presented with a perfect opportunity for revenge, Victoria decides the game is on. But when her connection with Parker proves more than just skin deep, she has to make a choice: continue with her plan for payback, or risk her career, her reputation, and her heart by taking a second chance on love?

“You have the most interesting internal conversations,” says Parker, watching my face. “Someday I’d love to be in on one of them.”
I blurt, “I was just thinking about sleeping with you.”
He stares at me. I’ve never seen such a look of hunger. Softly, he says, “Go on.”
“I…cannot believe I just said that out loud.”
Parker hasn’t blinked. His pupils are dilated. I wonder if mine are, too.
“Seriously, let’s just pretend I didn’t say that, OK? Rewind. Erase. Press play again.”
Aware that I’ve begun to babble, I snap my mouth shut. We stand in silence, looking at each other, until Parker lifts his hand and brushes his thumb over my lower lip.
“OK. We’ll pretend you didn’t say it. Please ignore the churro in my pants, because he’s not quite as good at pretending as we are.”
My gaze involuntarily drops to Parker’s crotch. And there, in all its glory, is one large and determined-looking bulge.
“I just said ignore it, Victoria, not stare at it. Show some mercy, woman.”
I press my lips together to keep from smiling. Mercy is the one thing he’ll never get from me.
Gazing up at him, I capture his thumb lightly between my teeth and nip it playfully. “I can’t help it. Remember I told you how much I love churros? Your churro looks particularly big and yummy.”
He exhales, hard. “Jesus. I can’t decide if I should laugh, kiss you, or bend you over the counter and have my way with you. That was just evil.”
I giggle. “Evil’s my specialty. You’ve been warned.”
He clasps my face in his hands and plants a firm, potent kiss on my mouth. In a husky voice he says, “If we’re going to dinner, we better get to it, because we’ve got only about thirty seconds left before Mr. Big Yummy Churro takes control of the rest of my body and I rip off your dress. With my teeth.”
That’s as blatant a proposition as I’ve ever heard. I’m thrilled he’s so affected by me.
I’m far less thrilled by how affected I am by him.
But if there’s anything life has taught me, it’s that every worthy endeavor is difficult, challenging, and usually painful. Nothing truly valuable comes easy. A battle easily won is no battle at all.
And we are at war, he and I. Blood will be shed. By the end of it, we’ll both bleed.
But he’s the only one who will be dead.
I stand on my tiptoes, brush my breasts against his chest, and whisper in his ear, “Let’s go have dinner, then. I’m hungry. But maybe we’ll save the dress-ripping for dessert.”
I turn and walk away, leaving him standing in the kitchen, chuckling to himself and muttering, “So goddamn evil.”
Oh Mr. Maxwell, I think, smiling, you really have no idea.

Blog Tour : Banking the Billionaire by Max Monroe

Uninhibited. Sarcastic. Confident. Beautiful.
With a thriving photography career that allows her to travel all over the world and capture the hottest of men behind her camera lens, Cassie Phillips is the woman who can’t be tamed.

Adrenaline-junkie. Jokester. Billionaire. Hot-as-sin.
At six-foot-five, with muscles for days, and that perfect playful smile, Thatcher Kelly is the kind of man you don’t want to deny.

Wild for wild.
Prank for prank.
The two most unlikely of people may be the only ones to see that some personality traits only run skin deep.

Uncensored. Hilarious. And too damn hot to put into words.
Grab a fan and get ready for one hell of a ride because when the opposite of opposites attract, things are bound to get a little messy.

Disclaimer:

The CDC has been notified of the infectious nature of Cassie's craziness, siting her first case of full transmission to Thatcher Kelly. Measures should be taken to counteract its fast regeneration cycle, but avoiding the book is not recommended at this time. The Epilogue is the only known antidote.

Banking the Billionaire was everything I was hoping it would be. Max Monroe has perfected the RomCom with another hilarious, sexy and heartwarming story. Thatcher and Cassie are wonderfully complementary to one another. Their banter had me in stitches between the dares and the texts my cheeks hurt from laughing so much. Not only was the humor on point but the chemistry between the two burned up the pages. I loved these two in Tapping the Billionaire and Tapping Her, which made it easier to fall deeper in love with these characters and their crazy antics even more in Banking the Billionaire. I highly recommend this series.

I recognized the need to forget all the details and just concentrate on what I knew. And I knew how to eat a f*cking p*ssy.

      The secret was simple.

It was never, ever the same.

It could be the same woman, the same day, the same f*cking session, but a woman’s p*ssy is a special kind of woman. She’s picky but f*cking generous, and she gets off on all kinds of wicked sh*t, but her biggest turn-on is variety and a good sense of mood.

I did my best to listen for Cassie’s cues, her moans and whimpers and the speed of her breath. Did she need it faster or slower, and was the pressure just right? The answer was never consistent, and I f*cking loved it. Every time I earned a reward through the curl of her toes or a squeeze of her knees, it made me work harder.

Tapping the Billionaire (#1)

I have nothing! Not because I don't want to put anything here but because Max Monroe is apparently in the witness protection program and won't tell us anything about them! Seriously. I have nothing. Well, I have something. These books are AMAZING! Does anyone have any info on who these two are?! I'm dying to know!

Jed Had To Die by Tara Sivec Cover Reveal

NEW ROMANTIC COMEDY/MYSTERY from Tara Sivec

Releasing November 1 st 2016 (ebook, paperback, and audible)

The happiest day of Payton Lambert's life was the day she graduated high school and watched Bald Knob, Kentucky get smaller and smaller in her rearview mirror. She wanted more for her life than a tiny town where everyone knows your business and you can’t find a decent cup of coffee for at least forty miles. Twelve years later, an unexpected phone call in the middle of the night has her packing up her life in Chicago and racing back home to the one person she ever regretted leaving behind.

Wait, one person?? Make that two. When the hell did Leo Hudson become sheriff of Bald Knob and get so hot? The scrawny Future Farmer of America who followed Payton around like a puppy and could recite cow insemination facts in his sleep is long gone. Leo is still hot on her heels, but now he's wearing a badge and dead set on solving a murder that may or may not involve Payton...along with half the town.

You steal a few wine coolers in high school and make one little comment about cutting off a man's balls when you come home, and suddenly, you're suspected of killing him.

In a town where the biggest crime happened the day Jethro Snell kicked a few of his cows (an honest
mistake when you've had a few jars of homemade moonshine), people are pointing fingers, rumors are spreading like wildfire, and Payton swears she's only making out with the sweet-talking, studly sheriff to distract him from the secrets she's keeping.

When you've been tased, peed on by a yippy dog named Bo Janges, and can't stop picturing what Sheriff Hudson looks like naked, it will be a tough job making everyone agree that...Jed had to die.

Blog Tour: Enchanting Wilder (Wild #1) by Cassie Graham

Title: Enchanting Wilder
Series: Wild #1
Author: Cassie Graham
Release Date: July 28, 2016
Declan Wilder has never met a witch he didn’t hate. He is in the business of protecting the world from all things paranormal, after all. But what happens when one glimpse at an enchanting McKenna Sawyer sends him spinning? Suddenly, Declan can’t help but question everything he thought he knew about the world he’s been sworn to protect for so long.
Plagued by her parents’ death, McKenna Sawyer has no interest in anything outside of her family’s business and her sister’s happiness. So when she’s assigned to warn a Pursuer about his impending death, she’s less than prepared for the way he shifts her world on its axis. And when more time spent with him leads to more secrets about their world revealed, they must decide how their universes fit together — if at all.
The paranormal world is gearing up for a fight, and both Declan and McKenna have been called to battle. But the question remains — will they be fighting for or against each other?

3 Stars
Enchanting Wilder by Cassie Graham is a very original paranormal romance. There is a little bit of everything in this book from witches to demons to angels to hybrids. This book contains paranormal beings galore!
McKenna is the witch that this story is mostly centered around. She is a Strix, which is a good witch that tries to help people choose the good path. She and her sister are left to run the family business and carry out their legacy, but then, things start getting weird. Declan is a Pursuer. He is mortal, but he fights all things evil. When he meets McKenna, there is a unexplainable pull towards each other. As the two start to slowly give in to the pull, secrets come out. The duo, along with their siblings and one demon in touch with his humanity, wade through the secrets to find a way to save the world.
This story was definitely one of a kind. This book was up and down for me. At times, the story felt slow, but then it would suddenly pick up and I was hit with (almost) information overload. Even with all the things thrown into the story, it was quite easy to follow. I didn't feel lost in the least. I was just hoping for a bit more action and adventure than I got.

I don’t think I’ll ever forget the relaxed smile on Declan’s lips as he felt the ocean for the first time, or the way he pulled me into his embrace when we finally decided to leave. His needy hands trembled on my leg as we drove back to town because we both knew that was it. Or even the way he looked at me with earnest when he dropped me off at home—promising it wouldn’t be the last time. I won’t forget the forced, dejected smile he had as he waved goodbye because he recognized what he had just promised was a lie. I won’t forget the taillights as he drove around the corner and out of my sight. And, I won’t forget the way my heart ached when I was all alone because I’ve never felt such a sensation before.
I’ll chase those feelings—the ones I shared with Declan. The good and the bad—I’ll pursue those forever. Because they’re some of the best ones I’ve got.
Cassie Graham is a firey redhead with an intense love for fairytales--angsty, suspenseful fairytales--but fairytales nonetheless. She's had all kinds of jobs--but the one she loves the most is being a writer. She finds solace in it.

She's also the mom to a beautiful little girl. Her greatest joy is watching her grow.

Cassie has always loved to write and is so thankful that she's able to do it full-time. She's very lucky to have a husband who works non-stop so she can live out her dream. He's the reason why writing romance is so easy.

Cassie is a born and raised Arizona girl. Though she has moved around a bit, her home always calls to her. It's where her heart will remain.

If Cassie isn't writing, she's more than likely cooking in the kitchen with her daughter or has her nose buried deep in a good book. She loves front porch sitting, drinking coffee, and constantly dating her husband.
