I met Bianca in an elevator.

She was on her way to interview me when we got stuck.

The beautiful, raven-haired reporter assumed I was a delivery guy because of the way I
was dressed.

She had no clue I was really Dex Truitt, the wealthy, successful businessman she’d
dubbed “Mister Moneybags”—her afternoon appointment.

Bianca told me how much she hated Dex’s type—snobby, over educated, silver-
spooned men who didn't appreciate the simple things in life.

So, after the elevator finally started moving again, I cancelled the interview and let her
believe I was someone I wasn’t—a bike messenger named Jay. I loved the way she
looked at the fake me and didn't want it to end.

I began dating her as “Jay”—all the while letting her interview the real me over email.

I didn’t expect that our chemistry online would be just as hot.

I didn’t expect the mess I’d gotten myself into.

I didn’t expect that Jay and Dex would fall in love with her.

And she was falling for two men.

Only, both men were me.

And when she found out, we were both going to lose her.

Nothing could have prepared me for that day. And I certainly wasn't prepared for what
came after.

All good things must come to an end, right?

Except our ending was one I didn't see coming.

I really enjoy the stories that come from Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward. So much so that I have gone back and read all of their books. I was so excited to get my hands on their newest release. I knew I would love it and I couldn't wait to dive in. Mister Moneybags has quite the start. You never thought you get stuck in an elevator, much less stuck with a hot guy. Thing is said hot guy is the person you're talking bad about but don't realize it.

Mister Moneybags is the story of Bianca and Dex. Every time Vi and Penelope but out a new book I swear they'll never top their last male character and every time they do. I fall in more in love with the new guy and think he'll never be topped. Dex was no exception. I really love this guy. He's sweet and down to earth. He's not your typical stuck up CEO billionaire. I loved how he noticed the little things and how attentive he was.

Bianca didn't grow up with a silver spoon in her mouth. She has worked and worked hard for what she has. Sometimes she came across very brash but I got it because of her childhood. In the end Bianca won be over too.  I also enjoyed the slow burn of Bianca and Dex's relationship. The sexual tension in this book is OFF THE CHARTS.

Mister Moneybags has everything you enjoy from a Keeland/Ward book. It was funny, it was sweet, and there are some twists and turns you don't see coming. I picked up on one of the twists but I will admit there were others where I was caught completely off guard. That's what I love about their books, just when you think you've got it figured out, they throw you for a loop.

As always, I highly recommend this book. I also highly recommend you pick up all of their other titles too. You won't be disappointed.

You know when you wait what seems like forever for something special and after it is all over you are just like "Ehh".   That was what happened to me with this book.  I wanted to love it and to go to all of my book loving friends and say "OMG!!  You HAVE to read this".  Not to say it was not entertaining, it just was not what I expected.

I love Dex and Bianca.  I thought they were great and the characters were fun to get to know.  The beginning of the book is a little slow for me and it took me awhile to get a good feel for what the book was going to be about.  What was behind the actions of both Bianca and Dex and what made them do what they did.

As the story developed and we got to know more about them and what they were about was when it was starting to get good for me.  Dex is not that ego maniac rich guy with an attitude to boot.  He was actually really sweet and times and had a great heart.  He is willing to go to great length for people that he cares about and loves.

As for Bianca, she took a little bit more for me to want to like.  She was a bit weak to begin with and wishy washy.  One thing about this woman though is that she is pretty good at revenge.  At one point in the book she pulls one stunt that is for the record books.
All in all it was a fun read, it was just not what I expected.
