Without warning, we’re on the bed, wisps of charcoal vapors swirling around our bodies. I’m flat on my back with Dorian hovering over me, watching, waiting for his influence to overtake my consciousness. While his body doesn’t touch mine, his mind—his beautiful-fucking-mind—begins to infiltrate every part of me. Sliding over the surface of my skin, so soft and light, like the silkiest feather. Pinching my sensitive nipples and raking down my belly. Igniting heat between my thighs until my panties are damp with desire.

Holy COW! OMG OMG OMG!!! This book was A.MAZING! E.PIC! I feel in love with these characters during book one, Dark Light and my love is only grown thousands times more with Light Shadows.

Yes these books are paranormal which I know not everyone likes BUT I know ya’ll love hot sex, a snarky heroine and an alpha male or two. Now, stop reading if you haven’t read the others.

I couldn’t have loved this book than I did. Gabriella has ascended. She chose both light and dark. She is now more powerful than imaginable. She just needs to figure out how to use her magic. She needs to learn to move on after horrible things have happened to her since her birthday.

This book really was such a rollercoaster of emotions. I cried at some parts. I really felt like these characters were my friends and I was hurt when they were hurt. The sex was still off the charts! Holy cannoli can SL Jennings write a scene. I needed to stick my head in the freezer multiple times.

Light Shadows also had a lot of Niko! And boy do I love him! He seriously is such an amazing friend to Gabriella that it made my heart melt over and over again.

I won’t say anything because this is truly a book you need to experience without a single spoiler. This is a top favorite series of mine and this book really sealed down for me.
