Danielle's Top 5 in 5

Some of the Mean Girls decided that every five weeks we would showcase our Top 5 books (or series) that we read in a five week time period. The main reason is because there are a lot of books that are newer or are older releases that we haven't yet discovered until recently.
So here are my, Danielle's, Top 5 in 5 books in random order and some of the reasons why I loved them so much.

Lights of Peril Series by A.C. Bextor
If you have read any of my reviews or really just pay any attention to this list you'll see that I'm a hardcore biker whore - I have an addiction and I'm 110% ok with that. I was recommended this book by a friend and she just went on and on about how fantastic these books were. She asked me to read NO reviews and I actually listened and I'm forever grateful that I did.

These two books utterly wrecked me. After I read Holding On I was a hot mess. Complete and total HOT.MESS.

You want a visual? You know in movies where the overly emotional girl is crying in the shower and looks like a moron - Hi! I'm Danielle and I was that emotional girl AKA the moron.
I was gutted. I was wrecked. I was destroyed.

And then I read The Way Home and you know what happened?

I was healed. I was happy. I was cheesy smiling like an idiot and I loved EVERY.SINGLE.PAGE of it and now I CAN NOT wait for more.

The Mitchell Family Series by Jennifer Foor
If you are reading this and have read this series then I'm blaming YOU. That's right it's all YOUR fault.

Why? Why? Why?

Why did someone not tell me to read this series sooner? Huh?

I read this series because my plan is to read something from most of the authors at the Chicago Author Event that is being held in May. I figure I need to be prepared to fangirl out properly and now WATCH OUT JENN FOOR!

Two words- TYLER.MITCHELL.

Oh my sweet, funny, misunderstood Ty Mitchell. I love you and you complete me! COMPLETE.ME!
This series has family and friendship and friends that are family and love and humor and...um...YUMMINESS. Jesus Christ someone get me a fan and a bottle of water please. LOVE.IT.

If you are looking for a sexy, funny, and heartfelt series then this is one that I HIGHLY recommend.

Beautiful Beginning by Christina Lauren
This series is one of my all time FAVORITES.

I love, love, love, every single one of these books and novellas.

I love the bonds of love and friendship that flow throughout this entire series and am so happy that we FINALLY have Bennett and Chloe getting their complete and final HEA.We still see Max and Sara along with Will and Hannah and there are of course the usual pranks we have come to expect from the men while the woman are just going right along with them.

A sexy and sweet perfect ending to a perfect series.

Seven Sons by Lili Saint Germain
This book is book one in a new serial by Lili Saint Germain. I knew nothing about it going in but that it was a biker book and I think we've already established that I'm a biker whore.

I was gifted this book by a friend who beta read it and knew that I would love it and I absolutely did. It's 102 pages of non-stop reading - I literally couldn't walk away - and it leaves you ready for the next book but not planning anyone's murder over a cliffhanger. <--- I'm totally guilty of this.
I'm so excited and CAN NOT wait to read book two, Six Brothers, which will be releasing February 16th!

Reaper's Legacy by Joanna Wylde
Joanna Wylde + Reapers MC = INCREDIBLE

I LOVED Reaper's Property and when I was approved for this ARC I was so excited but I didn't have time to read it right away. I probably could have made the time but to be honest this is one of those books that I knew when I finished I would need more and I'd have to wait.

Not only am I a biker whore but I'm an incredibly impatient biker whore.

This book had everything that I need and want from this series - danger, suspense, love, sweet/dirty/sexy/hot/yummy/badass biker and you know what else? Or maybe I should say who else?

HORSE!!!

Oh the things I would love to do to that man...
